Our extensive and diverse expertise has proven success in assessing and improving ecological health at the watershed scale. Through a mix of local, state and federal funding, RiverStewards is working with the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and other project partners to assess the streams and tributaries within a series of State Parks in Pennsylvania. These assessments are used to inform the recommended strategies for restoration that accounts for natural resource management and outdoor public recreation and education.
